When standard dimensions don't suit, it's always possible to opt for a made-to-measure solution. We have all the skills needed to develop a bridge crane from A to Z. Thanks to our various partners, our design office and, above all, our many years of experience in the industrial lifting sector, we are able to guarantee quality workmanship.

Travelling crane with rotating cart
At the request of one of our loyal customers, we developed a bridge crane with a rotating cart, enabling a coil to be rotated through 360°. Space being at a premium, the crane's overall dimensions were designed to maximize lifting height. After a first prototype, this specific overhead crane was recommended 4 times, a guarantee of quality!
Lifting Beam

High-capacity lifting beam
We build all types of lifting beams according to our customers' needs. The one shown here is adjustable in length and is used to lift locomotives of up to 80 t. It has been manufactured and certified in our workshops.

Self-balancing lifting beam
From time to time, customer needs can become more complex, which means that we sometimes have to integrate intelligent functions into our lifting solutions. This lifting beam is the proof! It features a self-balancing mechanism with a movable counterweight to counterbalance the load. All developed and manufactured in-house.

Various lifting beams
We don't just design and manufacture “classic” lifting beams. In fact, we are capable of finding a solution for any type of application. By listening to our customers' needs, we ensure that our solutions comply with safety standards and facilitate the operator's work.

Vacuum lifting beams
Our aeronautical customer turned to us to optimize the handling of parts for the manufacture of its aircraft wings. After a few months of intensive development, we produced a first prototype - which was recommended the following year.
Clamps

Cylinder clamp
At the specific request of one of our loyal customers, we designed a clamp for lifting stainless steel containers. This gripper was developed on the basis of a pantograph gripper system, and we added an additional cylinder to facilitate its opening.

Pantograph gripper
This pantograph gripper was developed from A-Z by our design office. It requires no electrical power and makes handling production parts much easier.
Footbridge

Mobile footbridge
Dans un environnement humide et pour une application très spécifique, notre client nous a demandé de réaliser une passerelle pouvant se déplacer dans 4 directions différentes (avant, arrière, haut et bas). Combinant une structure en Inox 316, de la programmation de variateurs, un système de translation avec divers capteurs, etc. cette réalisation a été un véritable challenge pour notre bureau d'études ainsi que notre équipe d'atelier.

Suspended footbridge
To secure access to our customer's facilities, we built a custom-made walkway. Suspended from two KBK rails, it can be moved by hand. To facilitate its movement, the gangway's tare weight was considerably reduced by manufacturing it in aluminum.
Carts

Motorized cart
With the aim of optimizing and relieving the workload of its operators, our customer asked us to motorize an existing forklift that operated solely mechanically. By integrating inverters and servomotors into our motorized solution, we were able to multiply operator efficiency by 10. The customer subsequently recommended 4 other forklifts of the same type.

Transfer cart
For one of our customers in the metallurgy industry, we designed a transfer carriage capable of transporting loads of up to 100 t. The robustness and longevity of DEMAG rollers played a key role in the success of this project.
