The ESB monorail, based on the modular concept of the HB ABUS system, is a simple and effective solution for lifting loads precisely and moving them linearly from one point to another in your workshop. This solution makes it possible to link several workstations together and, thanks to the curves associated with the linear system, to adapt to the environment of your different workstations and machines.

The ABUS Birail concept consists of mounting two monorails in parallel and connecting them with a lifting device between the two rails. This solution distributes the load more evenly between the two monorails, thereby reducing the stress on the building structure. This solution also optimizes the center-to-center distances between the suspensions.

The ABUS EHB, EHB-X and EHB-I single-girder overhead handling systems are lightweight modular solutions ideal for light-frame buildings. The EHB model stands out for its high manual maneuverability and low construction height. The EHB-X, on the other hand, optimizes hook height thanks to a raised cart, while retaining easy handling and automation options. Finally, the EHB-I rests directly on the structural steelwork to minimize dead weight, facilitating efficient manual movement and offering a capacity of up to 1 tonne over 10 meters.

ABUS double grider HB system

The ABUS ZHB, ZHB-X and ZHB-I double-girder systems are designed to handle heavy loads of up to 2 tons, and to cover long spans of up to 12 meters. The ZHB model offers excellent lifting height thanks to the raised hoist between the two beams. The ZHB-X further enhances this performance with raised beams that maximize the useful height without exceeding the rail height. Finally, the ZHB-I makes direct use of the rolled sections of the building's structure as running rails, lightening the load on the structure while retaining the advantages of the double-girder system.
